We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Programme Development team in the implementation of an income strategy from the public and third sector. You will lead the schools programme across the Fulham FC Foundation and ensure the delivery of an effective PR and communication plan.
You will be responsible for the schools activity administration ensuring that all booking forms, service level agreements and associated paperwork is accurate and on time. Previous experience of dealing with invoices and chasing payments would be advantageous. In addition you will carry out daily administration tasks to support the day to day functionality of the Fulham FC Foundation including answering customer phone calls, taking and processing course bookings as well as taking minutes at senior management meetings.
Applicants must have previous experience in an admin intensive role along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to deal with people at all levels is essential. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office packages, Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required. Applicants must be extremely organised, have excellent attention to detail, and have exceptional customer service skills. Experience of working to deadlines and of managing your own workload is essential.
