The successful applicant will need to be passionate about and committed to the development of football at a local level, have a good understanding of League and Club structures and coaching pathways, have an all-inclusive attitude and ideally have a background in sports/football development. This dynamic individual will be able to work under pressure, be pro-active and customer focussed, handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver targets.
